REFUND POLICY

Made to measure/custom orders are crafted specifically for individual customers based on their unique body measurements. Consequently, due to the personalized nature of these items and the fact that they are tailored to fit a particular body type, they cannot be resold to another customer.

If the Made-to-measure jacket reaches you and it doesn’t fit you perfectly, we do the first alteration free of cost. However, you would have to pay for shipping the jacket back to us. Please note the request of alterations must be done within 7 days after you have received it.

CANCELLATION POLICY

A customer may cancel their order by contacting DURRANI on the available customer service lines within 12 hours of order placement.        

It’s important to mention that DURRANI reserves the right to cancel orders for various reasons, including instances such as out-of-stock items, pricing errors, or instances where credit card payments are declined by the issuing financial institution.
